Art of the peoples of Central Asia is represented by magnificent samples of Iranian, Turkmen and Afghani carpets created in the XVIII - XIX centuries, embroidered Uzbek coverlets "suzane" that served as trousseau for the Uzbek and Tadjic girls. In exposition of the hall one can see man's and woman's silver belts of superb craftsmanship, scabbard for dagger, horse harness, vessels for water. Silver jewellery with turquoise and cornelian insertions that is showed here is the integral part of a national costume of Turkmen women.
